About this template
The Schedule table includes 200 prepared data rows from rows 5 through 204. The Cohorts table includes 100 prepared data rows from rows 5 through 104.
The workbook also contains populated sample records for demonstration. Those examples are distinct from the workbook's prepared operational rows.
For each populated session, the workbook calculates Record Check, Timing Check, Capacity Check, and Conflict Check results. It then assigns an Overall Status of Ready when the required checks are acceptable or Review when an exception remains.
The Cohorts sheet separately calculates an Hours Status and a Cohort Review result.
A canceled session contributes zero Planned Hours. Canceled sessions are also excluded from the cohort formulas for Scheduled Hours, Session Count, First Session, and Last Session.
Dashboard calculations for upcoming sessions and planned hours likewise exclude canceled sessions where specified by their formulas.
No. Online sessions may leave Room blank, and their Capacity Check is Not Applicable. In-person and hybrid sessions require a room.
When a room is assigned, the workbook retrieves its capacity from Resources and compares it with the cohort's Expected Enrollment to identify over-capacity scheduling.
The Dashboard reports Active Cohorts, Upcoming Sessions, Planned Hours, Records Needing Review, Scheduling Conflicts, Missing Assignments, Cohorts Below Target, and Sessions Completed.
It also includes session counts by status, a cohort scheduled-hours and target-hours summary, and two related charts. Upcoming Sessions uses the As of Date and selected Review Window, while Planned Hours totals noncanceled sessions from the As of Date forward.
No. Expected Enrollment is an aggregate cohort-level planning count, not an individual learner list. The Instructions sheet explicitly says not to enter student names.
Notes should contain scheduling information only.
