About
Course Ops Library publishes focused Excel templates for the administrative work behind schools, courses, tutoring, continuing education, and workplace training.
Why this library exists
Education teams often need to organize enrollment, attendance, schedules, instructor assignments, budgets, certificates, and outcomes before a larger system is justified. A well-structured spreadsheet can handle that work when its scope is clear.
Each template starts with one defined workflow. We use fictional sample data, editable settings, readable formulas, and practical checks. Every published page is written against the workbook it describes.
These files are operational tools, not student information systems, legal advice, or compliance certification. Your organization remains responsible for access controls, retention rules, privacy review, and final decisions.
Method
We identify the decision, record, or handoff the workbook must support.
Sheets, fields, calculations, settings, and examples are organized for a real operator.
The XLSX is opened, recalculated, inspected, and matched to the page before publication.
