Course Ops Library is an independent editorial project providing spreadsheet templates and practical guidance. Questions may be sent to hello@courseopslibrary.com.
Permitted use
You may download, modify, and use the workbooks for personal, educational, professional, or internal organizational purposes. You may share an adapted copy with people participating in the same program or workflow.
Not permitted
You may not resell, republish, or distribute the original files as a competing template collection, remove notices in order to claim authorship, or use the site in an unlawful manner.
Your review is required
Templates are general operational tools. Before relying on one, review data, formulas, dates, thresholds, access controls, retention requirements, and rules that apply to your organization. Content is not legal, privacy, accounting, accreditation, or compliance advice.
Education records and sensitive data
Your organization is responsible for deciding whether a spreadsheet is appropriate for any student or learner information. Apply least-privilege access, approved storage, retention, and deletion practices. A template does not establish FERPA or other regulatory compliance.
