Information we collect
If you email us, we receive your address, message, and information you include. Server logs may record an IP address, time, requested page, browser type, and technical errors for security and operations.
Downloads
Downloading a workbook does not require an account, payment, or email address. The public theme does not load advertising or analytics services at launch.
How information is used
We use information to answer requests, investigate reported issues, secure the site, and diagnose failures. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and location
Hosting and essential technical providers may process limited technical data to deliver their services. Processing can occur in the United States, Canada, or another jurisdiction where a provider operates.
Retention
Messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed for response and follow-up. Server logs follow the host’s security and rotation schedule unless longer retention is required to investigate abuse or comply with law.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information we control, subject to applicable exceptions. Contact privacy@courseopslibrary.com. We may need to verify identity before releasing or changing information.
Children and student records
The public site is not designed to collect student records. Do not send personally identifiable education records or other sensitive learner information. The templates are downloaded for local use and do not make Course Ops Library your institution’s data processor.
