About this template
The Inquiries table contains 500 prepared data rows, spanning rows 2 through 501. A few initial rows contain fictional sample records that demonstrate the intended entry format; those examples are not operational data.
Users enter the inquiry details in columns A through P, including identifiers, prospect information, program interest, source, assignment, stage, dates, outcome, and notes. Columns Q through U calculate Days Open, Follow-Up Status, Data Quality Check, Reporting Month, and Open Flag.
Dashboard open-inquiry calculations count populated records received on or before the As of Date when Current Stage is neither Enrolled nor Closed. The calculated Open Flag also uses the As of Date and those stage conditions for populated inquiry records.
The row-level Data Quality Check flags an open inquiry when Assigned To is blank or Next Follow-Up Date is blank. The Dashboard Data Quality Alerts metric counts populated records whose calculated check is not OK.
The As of Date drives operational KPIs and status calculations, including open inquiries, enrolled outcomes, average days open, and follow-up timing. Report Start and Report End define the period used for Inquiries Received and the inquiry-source summaries.
No. The Instructions sheet states that this workbook is an operational planning tool and does not replace an admissions or student information system. It also advises users not to enter sensitive personal, medical, financial, or government identification information.
