About this template
The Enrollment Tracker contains 120 prepared operational rows, covering rows 2 through 121. Some rows include populated sample records to demonstrate how the workbook works; those samples are part of the prepared range, not additional capacity.
The configured statuses are Application Received, Review, Admitted, Confirmed, Registered, Withdrawn, and Denied. The Instructions sheet also explains when each status should be used.
For active records, the Follow-Up Alert compares the Next Action Date with the Dashboard as-of date and the configured follow-up window. It can return Missing Date, Overdue, Due Soon, or On Track. Registered, Withdrawn, and Denied records return Closed.
Yes. Follow-Up Window Days defaults to 7 and accepts values from 1 to 30. Upcoming Start Window Days defaults to 30 and accepts values from 1 to 180. These settings are stored on the Lists & Settings sheet.
The calculated Record Check reviews populated rows for issues such as duplicate Student IDs and missing required information. It returns a review message when a detected issue needs attention.
No unnecessary sensitive information should be entered. The Instructions sheet says to use Student ID only as an internal workbook identifier and advises against entering Social Security numbers, birth dates, medical details, financial account data, passwords, or other unnecessary personal information.
